Cable needles for knitting cable patterns. They work by letting the stitches you're cabling rest in the dip, without sliding off the needle.
The needles are 2.5 mm and 4 mm. Cable needles don't need to match the size of the knitting needles used for your project. Use the same size if possible, or choose a smaller one so the stitches don't get stretched out.
