Do you have a physical shop?
We don't have a physical shop yet, but it's a big dream of ours. We hope to find the right space soon and open our first shop before the end of the year.
How do I receive my knitting pattern?
All our knitting patterns are sold as PDF files. Once you've completed your purchase, you'll receive an email with a download link for the pattern.
If you've bought a kit, you'll also receive a printed version of the pattern.
What do I do if the download link doesn't work?
Please contact us at support@nonnanonna.dk – we'll help you as quickly as we can.
Can you help me choose yarn?
Yes, of course. You're always very welcome to get in touch, and we'll be happy to help you choose yarn and work out the quantity you need for your project.
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship physical products within Denmark. Shipping to the rest of the EU is temporarily on hold due to the new EU packaging regulations. If you'd like delivery to an EU country, please feel free to get in touch – we'll find a solution together.
Digital products are still delivered via a download link and can be purchased by customers throughout the EU.
