Products
We sell yarn, knitting patterns and knitting and crochet accessories. Our products are often made from natural fibres and produced in small batches, which means colours may vary from batch to batch. We therefore always recommend buying enough yarn from the same colour batch for your project, to avoid colour differences.
Colours on yarn and other products may also appear differently from screen to screen. We do our best to display products as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee completely accurate colour representation.
Ordering and order confirmation
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. The order is only binding once you've received a final confirmation from us.
It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that details such as name, address, email and phone number are correct. Incorrect information may cause delays in delivery.
Prices and payment
We accept payment by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and MobilePay. The amount is only charged to your account once the order has been shipped.
Right to complain
You have a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This right covers faults and defects that are not the result of misuse or improper handling. In the case of a valid complaint, you may have the item exchanged or refunded, depending on the situation.
