Shopify
Our webshop is run on Shopify. When you visit or shop in the webshop, Shopify may process personal data about you in order to provide the webshop, process orders, ensure secure payments, improve its services and support the webshop's functionality.

Information we collect
When you shop with us, we collect the information necessary to process your order:

- Address
- Email
- Phone number (if provided)
- Order and payment information
Payment information is processed securely via our payment providers (Shopify Payments and MobilePay), and we do not have access to your card details.
Purpose of processing personal data
We use your personal data to process and deliver your order, including sending order confirmations and delivery information. We also use the information for customer service and support in connection with your purchase, as well as to comply with our bookkeeping and accounting requirements. If you've signed up to our newsletter, we use your email to send you inspiration and news from us.
Disclosure of information
We only share your personal data with necessary partners who are part of running our webshop and handling your orders. This includes our webshop platform (Shopify), payment providers, shipping companies such as Shipmondo, GLS and DAO and providers who help with operations, security, statistics and accounting.
These partners process your information solely on our behalf and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, and they may not use the information for their own purposes.
Retention of information
We store your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil our obligations to you as a customer and to comply with applicable legislation. Order information is generally stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
If you've signed up to our newsletter, we store your email address until you unsubscribe.

The webshop uses cookies to ensure functionality, improve the user experience and gather statistics. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings on the webshop.
Your rights
You have the right to access the information we hold about you, as well as to have any incorrect information corrected.
