Rotating circular needle cable from Prym. The cable has a built-in swivel joint and can turn 360° without kinking. It's made from stainless steel with a soft nylon coating on the outside, which lets it uncoil easily without curling or twisting. The threaded ends at both ends are metal.
Note that the length given is the total length from tip to tip, including the tips themselves, not just the cable. The 40 cm cable is only compatible with short tips.
Each box contains one cable and a small key, used to tighten the join so the tip doesn't twist loose from the cable while you knit.
The cable is made by KnitPro, so it's compatible with interchangeable needle tips from both Prym and KnitPro.
